If returned in its original condition, we're more than willing to offer a replacement, exchange, or a full refund. Prior to shipping, a 70% refund can be availed after accounting for production and handling expenses. It's important to note that after dispatch, personalized items are non-returnable unless a manufacturing mishap or defect is identified. All requests for refunds or exchanges should be lodged within 30 days from the delivery date.

 To initiate a return, please email us with a clear photo or video showcasing the issue, accompanied by a detailed description. Your request for a refund or exchange will be addressed within 48 hours.

For items that are defective or damaged, customers are exempted from returning the product. Just provide photographic evidence to verify the claim.

For All Other Return Requests:

1. Customers bear the return shipping costs for items sent back to us.
2. Kindly submit your return request within 99 days from the delivery date.
3. Clearly specify the reason for your return in the email, detailing whether you'd like a replacement or a refund.
4. Use the 'Upload File' option to share images of any damaged or faulty products.

Processing Time

The estimated time frame is listed in the Specifications module on every product page. Most items are request 1-5 business days to handcraft.

4. If a product from F232 does not match its description, your only recourse is to return it in its original, unused state. All products from F232 come with a 30-day defect guarantee from the invoice date. Unless explicitly mentioned, F232 offers no warranties, either stated or implied, for any products sold on its site.
5. You acknowledge that the maximum liability to F232 from any product purchased on its site is the cost of that product.
6. Under no circumstances will F232, its directors, officers, employees, or representatives be held responsible for any special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the products sold.
